When displaying text, it is recommended to use white text on a black background. This is because the use of white letters on a black background, 1, power saving (the smaller the lighting point, the smaller the required current); 2, effectively prevent the CROSSTALK phenomenon. Mirror treatment is recommended. When it is not displayed, the display screen is hidden by the surface of the customer's product casing and appears only when the content is displayed, giving a mysterious feeling. Fourth, the display brightness is not enough processing
1, can increase the voltage of VCC to increase brightness;
2, can remove the polarizer on the OLED screen to increase the brightness while also reducing the thickness of the product. (This is unmatched by LCD products)
Precautions when using OLED
First, on the FPC / COF / TCP OLED products in the design need to bend some of the matters needing attention
Please pay attention to the FPC's bending angle and bending space when designing. Don't fold the FPC. If the bend is too tight, it is easy to break the FPC and cause no display.
When designing, please design according to the drawing designation of each module reference specification.



As shown in the figure below, the edge of the OLED glass is ≥1.83mm, and the bending angle is naturally curved.

Second, on the FPC / TCP OLED products in the welding of some matters needing attention
1. It is recommended to use Hot-bar to ensure the welding yield
Standard pressure welding conditions: Temperature 180-210deg Time <10 sec 2. Use soldering iron welding instructions:
l Panel inspection before welding. Visual inspection, pin no breakage;
l Electrical inspection, test screen display is normal
Welding operation
Tin on the Pin of PCB/FPC
Align holes with alignment hole and fix FPC/TCP to ensure that it won't move when soldering
Add flux, use thermostat head soldering iron, temperature 300-350deg.
Do not repeat the weld more than three times. The pause time at the same point must not exceed 3 sec. Each repeat takes 5 minutes.
Check after welding. Check for pin shifts, poor soldering, solder residue, and make proper adjustments.
Operation Note:
Use a soldering iron on the tip. Do not use a pointed iron to prevent damage to the Pin on the FPC/TCP.
The use of a constant temperature soldering iron requires that the Pin is not pinched due to low temperatures during soldering.
Using flux, you can reduce the number of cold, cold or continuous welds
Since the breakage of the Pin of the TCP/FPC cannot be repaired, it is forbidden to bend or pull the Pin in use.
